June 8th 1888, the day in which the first train pulled into the last stop in southern Pinellas County. That train arrived carrying empty freight cars and one passenger on the railroad built by Peter Demens. Eventually the city that arose around that stop was named after his birthplace of St. Petersburg, Russia. To honor the arrival of that first train we present this beer which boasts bold roast barley, chocolate, toffee, dark fruit and coffee flavors big enough to satisfy even the most demanding aristocrats
Big and bold, this ale has a malty backbone and a big balanced hop presence. Pale in color with complex and complimentary flavors. Silver medal winner at the 2021 U.S. Open Beer Championships.
We first made this Baltic style Porter for the grand opening of the PAW Tap Room. It was such a hit, we decided to brew it again and throw it in some barrels! BA Bean Porter is fermented at lager temperature and aged on whole coffee & vanilla beans right in the barrel. It’s right at home in a snifter at night, or in your coffee mug on the morning walks with your four-legged best friend!
A British Brown Ale with hints of caramel and toffee, with a nutty, toasted malt character and balanced hop bitterness.

Howlin
Barrel Aged Scotch Ale
This is a full bodied Barrel Aged Scotch Ale packed full of those amazing flavors we all love in a traditional Scotch Ale. This bad boy boast notes of delicious dark fruits, & caramel, and hints of vanilla, oak, and slight smokiness from the barrel. An extended rest in the barrel really helps bring all of these flavors together. What about the name? Howlin is a term heard around the Aberdeen area of Scotland for someone that’s had a few to many!
